ok, she brings up a great point, but since i am days behind on reading the blog nobody will read this comment (but if you do, and comment on it, chances are I won't see it, so don't feel bad.). I just want to say that I hate Kellogg's. I still live in the '80's. every time I put one of their pop tarts in the toaster, I expect it to taste the way it did then. I always ate the "crust" first, and they crammed so much filling in there that the top and bottom would slide apart. But it is no more. and i never believe it.

In all honesty, I actually like my Lucky Charms sans MOST of the marshmallows. I prefer the grainy things to the marshmallows anyway. But I usually end up eating whatever comes out into the bowl. I used to actually put some of the marshmallows back into the box for other people, like Mike, to enjoy.

the subject of marshmallows in lucky charms brings back bitter memories for me. my brothers got to eat lucky charms, but i could only eat them sans-marshallows due to a pesky childhood allergy to corn and all things derived from corn. (ever taken note of how many things have corn syrup in them? not fun.) lucky charms without the marshmallows is worse than plain cheerios. but i'll agree the classic marshmallow shapes/colors should return. hey, they could release an entirely separate boxed product called "vintage lucky charms" and probably make even more money.
