Boringness & a possible move
I’m bored. It is a gray day and there is absolutely nothing to do. No good books to read. No interesting work to get done. And I don’t have plans for tonight either. It you read this and you live in St. Louis give me a call. Otherwise I will end up listening to Green Day like a dozen more times. Or even worse, I’ll end up cleaning my apartment!
Now for the part about the move… it looks like my roommate will be moving out at some point in July. This means that I need either a new roommate or a new place to live, or both. I like my current neighborhood. It is extremely convenient and not too pricy. Any ideas anyone?

Who’s Tommy? We want the “American Idiot”
I bought the new Green Day Cd, American Idiot, yesterday. I really like it. Who knew I’d like a punk rock so much… perhaps because it’s a punk rock opera. It’s kinda like a musical. It’s got characters and a vague political storyline. It’s story unfolds from February 23 to January 1 of the following year. The music is exciting and the lyrics are intelligent. American Idiot is an anthem for the Whatever generation.
I think it would be fun to see it turned into a musical like The Who’s Tommy, but I’m not sure the story is quite as clear as the tale of the Pinball Wizard.

Tuesday night… need date for concert
Does anyone want to go see Lifehouse (a band… you know, “Hanging by a Moment”) in concert at Mississippi Nights on Tuesday night??? The show’s at 8. It’s $20… or $17.50 if you let me know enough in advance that I can call tickets in.
