So we have this dog. We are foster sitting him for Adopt-A-Stray. There is a need for people to volunteer to help animals by fostering them for a little while. All expenses are paid (food, vet, etc…), unless you decide to adopt the animal, in which case you purchase it.
Riley is the dog we have now. In the fall, we had a little beagle. I fell in love with her. It seems that Riley has fallen in love with my mom. He follows her around wherever she goes like a shadow. He protects her. He’s a very smart dog too. Right now, he is feeling a little bit under the weather, but he would make a great pet and will be up for adoption soon. He’s so cute!
I will be in Kansas City for the weekend at the American Counseling Association annual convention. I’m a little nervous about it, but I’m sure everything will be fine.
